What it takes to keep this open
Members gave their time to answer questions properly. That time is the most valuable thing here. It was given freely, and it stays free.
The hosting, the database, and the AI that answers questions in Ask BMF all sit on a paid plan that renews every month, and that comes out of the founder's pocket. It gets paid either way — nothing here switches off if no one contributes.
There is no suggested amount
Give what the Vault has been worth to you, or give nothing and keep using it. There is no target to reach.
What supporting does not buy
Supporting buys you nothing here. Not a badge. Not verification. Not a ranking, priority, or mention on the site. Not a single feature that other members do not already have.
It is not a membership payment. Paid membership tiers are coming for members who want more, and this is not one of them — contributing puts you in no tier and gives you nothing a free account cannot already reach.
Verification means an administrator opened real documents and checked them. That has never been for sale, and a paid plan is not a verification either. Your standing is identical whether you contribute or not.
