By creating an account on BMF Vault you agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you post. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

You own what you write. By posting publicly (questions, answers, feedback, directory info) you grant BMF a license to display it within the portal and to build community knowledge from it (for example, turning a great question and its approved answers into a BMF FAQ, with credit preserved).

Content on BMF Vault — including community answers, resources, tools, and Ask BMF — is general business information, not professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Always verify regulated matters (taxes, permits, labor rules) with the relevant government agency or a licensed professional.

The Free plan is available to everyone. Paid plans shown as "Coming Soon" are not yet purchasable, and no payment is collected while they are in that state. Pricing and benefits may be refined before paid enrollment opens.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the portal.
