BMF Vault — Policies

Account information (name, email), the profile and business details you choose to share, your activity in the portal (questions, answers, votes, tool usage), and your Ask BMF conversations.

Public to the community: your profile (per your visibility setting), community-visible business info, published questions, and approved answers. Private to you: draft questions, Ask BMF conversations, tool results, credit and XP ledgers, notifications, connections, and service inquiries (visible only to their participants). Your email and contact details are never shown in the directory.

To operate the portal, personalize Ask BMF answers with the business context you provide, keep the community safe, and understand aggregate usage. Ask BMF requests are processed by AI providers under our configuration; we log usage and cost, and administrators do not casually read private conversations — access is limited to abuse, support, or security investigations.

You control profile visibility, who can send you connection requests and service inquiries, and your notification preferences. For data deletion or account concerns, contact Support and we will process your request.
